The team of Al-Maarif University College managed to win the fourth in a row over the Directorate of Civil Affairs (Al-Ginseya) by penalty kicks after the match ended in a negative draw 0-0.
This match came within the championship of (Lubeid Jawad Kazem) in the seven-legged football, which was held by the Electricity Distribution Section – Al-Anbar branch for governmental and private institutions.
