On Tuesday 25 th January 2022, Al-Maarif University College welcomed the Honorable Governor of Anbar, Dr. Ali Farhan Hamid.
He was welcomed by Prof. Dr. Yaqoub Nadhim Ahmed, the Dean of the College, and explained to him the college’s plans in terms of reconstruction, development, and the opening of new departments, especially the Department of Pharmacy.
The Dean, accompanied by the Governor, toured the college’s corridors, inspecting some departments, including the Civil Engineering Department. As a value who cares about reconstruction.
Then he met the students of the first stage, urging them and motivating them to have a spirit of creativity and discrimination to complete the process of reconstruction.
After that, he toured the laboratories of the Medical Laboratory Techniques Department and expressed his admiration for the laboratory equipment in terms of cabinets and advanced modern equipment.
Which helps the student to receive the best sciences and toured the Student Registration and Admission Center, He expressed the readiness of the governorate and the local government to cooperate with the college as it is the first private college in the governorate, praising its sobriety and the research and projects that serve the governorate for its implementation.
At the end of the visit, the Dean of the College extended his thanks and gratitude to the Governor for his visit and cooperation with the College, bidding him farewell with hospitality and honor.
