a joint follow-up by prof. dr. (yaqoub nadhim ahmed), dean of university of almaarif, and head of the english language department, assistant professor dr. (hazim hakkush al dilaimy), a delegation from the english language department, headed by the dean, has visited college of education-ibn rushd- university of baghdad on tuesday, 8 3/2022 to discuss the issue of twinning the department of english at university of almaarif with department of english-university of baghdad – college of education-ibn rushd. twinning the specialization is one of the important topics that contribute significantly to have solid scientific relationships aimed at raising the desired scientific level.
