The effective role of Al-Maarif University College in various scientific activities and contribution to community service. Assistant Professor Dr. (Khalid Awad Al-Alwani) has participated in the consultative meeting on the reality of human rights in Anbar, which was organized by Tathamon (Solidarity) Association for Youth in partnership with the team of United Nations Mission in Iraq and High Commission for Human Rights – Anbar, and with the participation of a group of societal elites representing the spectrum of the province and its regions. The meeting dealt with sessions that have represented in the problem of the forcibly disappeared, freedom of opinion, criminal justice, and the meeting has prevailed in a spirit of moderate dialogue in order to reach effective visions that contribute to development of the reality of human rights in the governorate.
