On Thursday, 4th November 2021, the Department of Medical Laboratory Techniques held its first session headed by Prof. Dr. Iyad Abdul Razzaq Matar and all staff members. The session has included discussions on the stages of completing the graduation projects of the fourth-year students, and the completion of the technical and administrative requirements to welcome the first-year students.
The session also discussed the necessity of participating in local and international scientific workshops, seminars, and conferences, and urged the teaching staff to publish in indexed scientific journals.
In addition, the chair of the session emphasized student activities, motivating them to participate in extra-curricular activities, and cultivating a spirit of intimacy and cooperation between the Deanship and the Department.
