Pharmacy Department
Department of Pharmacy was launched in the academic year 2021-2022. The urgent need in Anbar Governorate, Al-Maarif University College has launched the Department of Pharmacy in the college, and after conducting studies on this subject and the material and human capabilities required by the new department based on instructions The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The approval has been gained of the Ministry to launch the department according to the Ministry document No. 13160 so that graduates of the preparatory school – the scientific and biological branch – are accepted into the department according to the regulations for admission. After a successful five-year study, the department awards a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. The college has been keen to attract specialized professors in pharmacy sciences who are known for their scientific and research competence and ability to be the department staff. On the other hand, the college has been equipping the department with the devices, equipment, and materials necessary to facilitate the educational process in the department in the correct manner, in order for students to acquire the required skills and prepare them for the labor market and for community service.
