The administrator of the Institutional Accreditation Unit at Al-Maarif University College, Dr. Shihab Hamad Khalifa participated in the ministerial workshop entitled (How to Obtain the Programmatic Accreditation of Scientific and Technical Engineering Departments According to the Criteria Approved by the National Council for the Improvement of the Quality of Technical Engineering Education), which was held at the Middle Technical University to obtain institutional accreditation, programme accreditation and engineering accreditation.
The workshop aimed at how universities and colleges can obtain the programmatic accreditation of technical engineering scientific departments according to the criteria approved by the National Council for the Improvement of the Quality of Technical Engineering Education.
The workshop included a lecture by Assistant Professor Ahmed Jasim Al-Asadi – the First Vice-President office of the Iraqi Representatives House, in which he provided a full explanation of the standard documents on the mechanisms for awarding programme accreditation and technical engineering and how to apply for it.
