On Tuesday, 17th September 2024, the legally entitled course (The Rights and Duties of the Public Service) began, which is held by the College of Law in cooperation with the Continuing Learning Unit at the University. The course deals with the most important privileges and duties of the public employee, from the legal classification of the public employee, the duties of the public employee, disciplinary penalties, procedures prior to imposing the penalty, mechanisms for appealing disciplinary penalties, and the termination of the job relationship. The course is lectured by several lecturers from the College of Law at the University.
