Asst. Lec. Alaa Hamid Mohammed, Manager of the Guarantee Unit at University of Al-Maarif participated in a workshop on the National Climate Investment Plan. The workshop aimed to discuss the main objectives of the National Climate Plan, which seeks to find climate solutions that meet the requirements of sustainable development.
It’s worth mentioning that University of Al-Maarif is working on a strategic plan that extends until 2030 within the national transformation programs to support the achievement of sustainable development goals by facing development challenges and opportunities.
The workshop was attended by the Chairman of the National Investment Commission, Dr. Haider Mohammed, and representatives of the Ministry of Environment and international organizations such as UNDP and USAID.
