On Saturday, 12th October 2024, the Championship of Al-Maarif Cup was launched, which was held by the Student Activities Division in cooperation with the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University. The championship was opened between the teams of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences and the College of Law, tb be ended in favor of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. The second match was held between the College of Engineering – Department of Computer Technology and the College of Financial and Administrative Sciences – Department of Finance and Banking and ended in favor of Computer Technology. The match was attended by the Rector’s Scientific Assistant, Dr. Mahmood Abd Al-Razaq Abd Al-Rahman, the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Prof. Dr. Muneer Abdullah Khadir, and several university lecturers.
