The Islamic Association of Iraqi Women, Anbar branch, in cooperation with (Ala-Moodak) volunteer team and Women’s Affairs Unit at the University, set up a charitable market inside University of Al-Maarif for two days. The market has attracted many students, who flocked to enjoy the shopping experience and contribute to charitable work that would benefit society. The charitable market included a variety of handicrafts, and traditional foods, as well as many activities and accompanying events. It’s worth mentioning that University of Al-Maarif confirms it will continue to support such kind initiatives, that aim to instill the values of cooperation and solidarity among students and enhance the university’s role in serving the community.
