Within the scientific development that the College of Law follows, a recorded video prepared in the court of Ar-Ramadi, presented by Dr. Omar Al-Qasimi, was presented to the law students to teach them how to file a petition and submit it to the competent judge, pay their own fee, document it with the court’s basic record, and organize a memorandum to inform the defendant and the contents of that paper.
This activity is intended for students to understand the practical factual details of petition procedures and become acquainted with courtroom proceedings.
