Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Law at University of Al-Maarif, a seminar titled (Facing Violent Extremism Leading to Terrorism) was held, given by Lt. Col. Dr. Mustafa Samir Ismail, representing the National Security Agency – Directorate of Counter-Extremism, discussing the definition of extremism, its root causes, and the most effective methods to face it.
The seminar was attended by the Dean of the College of Law, his deputy, several lecturers, and many students. The event featured insightful discussions and valuable contributions from attendees, enriching the session and reflecting a shared commitment to promoting moderation and rejecting extremism and deviant ideologies in our beloved country.
