Dr. Khalid Awad Al-Alwani, Dean of College of Law at University of Al-Maarif, participated in the Sixth Scientific Conference organized by College of Law and Political Science at University of Diyala titled “Protecting Human Rights Amid Current Conflicts,” representing the University at the opening session presenting a research paper titled “The International Protection of Human Rights and the Challenges of Its Enforcement,” which addressed the development of an international legal framework for human rights and the obstacles facing its implementation. This attendance affirms the University’s commitment to ongoing collaboration with academic institutions across Iraq.
