The Competitions Committee of the Iraqi Football Federation held a special course with a new title that was created in the matches of the Iraqi Stars League (Match Manager) similar to what happens in the advanced leagues, under the patronage of the President of the Iraqi Federation, Captain Adnan Derjal. Assist. Prof. Dr. Yassir Mohammed, a Lecturer at University of Al-Maarif was able to pass the advanced course and was chosen to be a Manager of the Professional League Matches (Iraqi Stars) for the 2024-2025 football season. The course included theoretical and practical lessons on the issue of preparing the match manager, which is one of the professional standards within the Iraqi Stars League. The lectures included defining the match manager and his duties, and the mechanism for cooperation with the match supervisor and match coordinators. After completing the theoretical lessons, a practical lecture was given by the Competitions Committee at Al-Shaab International Stadium. Many important people with long experience in the field of organizing football have attended the course.
