with the follow-up by prof. dr. yacoub nazem ahmed, the dean of university of almaarif, and the head of the nursing department, assist. prof. dr. mahasin talib mohammed, the issue of twinning the nursing department in university of almaarif with the university of baghdad – college of nursing has been resolved, as it is considered the twinning of the specialty one of the important topics that contribute significantly to building scientific relationships that are sober and purposeful to raise the desired scientific level.
