On Wednesday, April 23, 2025, College of Law at University of Al-Maarif organized a lecture titled (Human Rights throughout History), given by Asst. Prof. Dr. Hamid Qasim, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture and the Cultural House in Fallujah, focused on the historical development of human rights and their deep entrenchment in societal consciousness. It was attended by representatives from the Ministry’s Human Rights Directorate, Community Police, and various cultural figures.
