On Saturday, 27th January 2024, the Unit of Human Resources held a scientific workshop entitled (Human Resources and How it Works in Educational Institutions) presented by Mrs. Hamsa Falih Al-Mudarris, the Manager of the Human Resources Department at Serdar Company. The lecturer emphasized that human resources have an important role in providing institutions with modern scientific and technical capabilities, in order to improve the functional capabilities of human resources, which will then be reflected in the level of services provided by the institution. The workshop aimed to provide participants with modern job experiences in how organizational structures work and the mechanism for applying them in job descriptions, as well as to provide participants with the necessary skills in making strategic plans for their organizations. This workshop came as part of the scientific activities carried out by the Deanship of the College to develop the administrative staff in all units of the Colleges
