On Monday, 27th May 2024, Prof. Dr. Abd Al-Munaem Salih Rahma participated in the viva discussion of the doctoral thesis entitled (Dual watermark Modulo to Avoid Attack in Video Conference) for the student Yasmine Alaa Hasan, which took place at the University of Technology – Department of Computer Science in Baghdad. After an intensive discussion of the thesis, the Committee decided to accept it and recommend that the student be awarded a PhD with an Excellent rating. This participation came within the policy of Al-Maarif University College’s openness to scientific institutions of governmental and private universities.
