On Sunday, 8th December 2024, Department of Arabic Language – College of Education at University of Al-Maarif held a scientific seminar entitled (Persecution of Women between Islamic Legislation and Social Custom), given by Asst. Prof. Hamid Farhan in cooperation with Women’s Affairs, referring to the role of women themselves in this process, as part of society, assumes their share of the struggle and work to extract their rights in their own hands.
This seminar is part of the University’s policy of rejecting negative phenomena in society against women.
