On Sunday, 17th September 2023, Al-Maarif University College concluded a scientific and cultural agreement with Cihan University – Erbil. The agreement was signed by a representative of the College, Asst. Dean for Scientific Affairs Dr. Mahmood Abd Al-Razaq Abd Al-Rahman, and the Rector of Cihan University Prof. Dr. Amjad Sabir Al-Dalwi. The agreement stipulated cooperation in academic, scientific, cultural, and research programs, as well as the establishment of educational and training programs, in addition to exchanging experiences in areas of common interest such as courses, workshops, seminars, exchange of scientific visits, and training of qualified specialists.
