Ahmad Radi Sports Hall at Al-Maarif University College hosted the qualifiers of the CAS Championship and the Minister of Interior for the Northern Region Football Hall, which was supervised by the Iraqi Central Football Federation.Four teams participated from the northern region:
- Anbar Police Command
- Salah Al-Deen Police Command
- Diyala District Police Command
- Kirkuk District Police Command
After playing the games, The Team of Al- Anbar Police Command was able to qualify the first place and the second place was for the Team of Diyala Police Command. It is worth mentioning that the doors of the College are open to all to extend joint cooperation between government and private institutions and for various scientific, cultural and sports activities.
