On Wednesday, 12th June 2024, the results of the university rankings of sustainable development Times Impact Rankings has announced in London, Al-Maarif University College ranked fourth at private universities, and tenth at public and private universities and colleges.
This ranking is concerned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG-17) announced by the United Nations to which universities apply these goals by measuring universities’ research and partnerships as sustainable development goals through cooperation with other countries, promoting best practices and disseminating data across four comprehensive and balanced criteria: research, supervision, awareness-raising and education.
The Dean of the College, Dr. Ahmed Abd Al-Malik Abd Al-Rahman praised the efforts of researchers, administrative and technical staff at the college to raise the level of the college at the local and international levels, stressing that the Faculty is steadily moving towards scientific progress to take its rightful place between local and international universities.
It is worth mentioning that Al-Maarif University College recently ranked advanced ranking in local and international rankings at the level of Iraqi and Arab universities in order to prove its outstanding scientific status.
