On Wednesday 26th June 2024, the course of (Middle Administration Development) was launched targeting middle management levels such as divisions, departments, and engineering units in all official and service departments. The course included modern management concepts and theories, management information systems, incentive methods, individual management, the role of technology in supporting decision-making, time management strategies, decision-making, rules of excellence and success, financial management, and ways to eliminate labour disincentives, bureaucracy, nepotism, and corruption. The course was prepared by the Continuing Learning Unit at the College, in cooperation with the Department of Business Administration, and Financial and Banking Sciences.
