on monday, 29th may 2023, the asst. prof. dr. khalid awad al-alwani participated in the doctoral dissertation discussion committee entitled (international cooperation to pursue and extradite terrorists), presented by the student mohammed abd al-hussein mohsen, at the teacher institute for postgraduate studies. after an extensive discussion, the committee recommended accepting the doctoral dissertation and granting the student a ph.d. with a very good grade in law.
