The College of Administrative and Financial Sciences at University of Al-Maarif concluded the Middle Management Skills Development Course, which was held in collaboration with the Continuing Learning Centre, attended by employees from various public departments in Al-Anbar Province, covered key aspects of management knowledge and functions, highlighting its role in the development of individuals, organizations, and society. Discussions also focused on different management levels, particularly middle management, its responsibilities, and strategies for enhancing its effectiveness to improve institutional performance.
The course concluded with interactive discussions that enriched participants’ understanding and practical application of management concepts.
