The Dean of Al-Maarif University College, Prof. Yaqoub Nadhim Ahmed, delivered the graduation documents to the first batch of graduates of the Medical Laboratory Techniques Department who are included in the central employment and who have been issued ministerial orders to be employed at the Ministry of Health.
