The lecturer from the Department of Law at Al-Maarif University College Asst. Dr. Shamil Sami Awad participated in the first International Joint Academic Scientific Conference among the Colleges of Law of Dohuk, Salahuddin and Sulaymaniyah at the Universities of Dohuk on the topic (Legal Reading of the Use of Tax Incentives in the Federal Investment Law No. 13 of 2006 Amending the Kurdistan Region Investment Law No. 4 of 2006), which was organized by the College of Law at University of Dohuk.
