The international publishing house Nature published scientific research by Dr. Sameer Ahmed Awad, Deputy Dean of the College of Health and Medical Techniques at University of Al-Maarif, entitled (Mechanical Performance and Dimensional Stability of Washingtonia/Kenaf fibers-based Epoxy Hybrid Composites) in the journal (Scientific Reports) which falls within the Scopus and Clarivate container (Cite Score 7.5) and Clarivate container (Impact Factor 4.6).
The research dealt with the manufacture of sustainable composite materials with vital properties and the possibility of using them for several purposes, including medical and industrial as alternative materials to materials that cause pollutants.
This scientific achievement comes within a series of achievements witnessed by the university, which reflects the scientific capabilities and competencies in providing everything creative and distinguished in the field of scientific research in various specializations.
