on sunday, 30th april 2023, prof. dr. muslih shawish ahmed, a lecturer at the department of english, university of almaarif, chaired the viva of the master’s thesis presented by the student (laheeb abdullatif abdulrazzaq), department of english– college of education for humanities– university of anbar.
the examiners discussed the entitled thesis (a pragmatic analysis of symbolism in omar al-mukhtar english version movie).
this participation came within the policy of university of almaarif’s openness, communication, and cooperation with official academic institutions.
