The Legal Unit at University of Al-Maarif held a legal awareness campaign for first-year students in all colleges entitled (Rights and Duties of Students in Private Universities), given by Dr. Omar Al Qasimi, Manager of the Legal Unit, highlighting the most important rights and obligations that fall on the shoulders of universities and students in private universities.
The campaign addressed the disciplinary penalties that students are exposed to at the university and urged them to stay away from such behavior.At the end of the lecture, the lecturer answered students’ questions regarding their legal rights and duties.
