The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, represented by Prof. Dr. Adnan Ibrahim, the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Administrative Affairs, issued a letter to congratulate Prof. Dr. Maysaa Ali, the lecturer at University of Al-Maarif – College of Pharmacy on the occasion of the scientific promotion from the degree of Assistant to the Doctor.
