the ministry of higher education and scientific research, represented by prof. dr. adnan ibrahim, the undersecretary of the ministry for administrative affairs, issued a letter to congratulate prof. dr. maysaa ali, the lecturer at university of al-maarif – college of pharmacy on the occasion of the scientific promotion from the degree of assistant to the doctor.
