On April 27th, the Department of Finance and Banking Sciences in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit at Al-Maarif University College held a seminar titled (The Role of Accountability in Improving Institutions’ Financial Performance).
It was presented by Dr. Mohammed Yosif Mohamed, and Dr. Marwan Wahid, and the seminar was managed by Asst. Prof Dr. Mohammed Fakhri Saad Al-deen.
The seminar focused on the significance of accountability, sound employment, and its contribution to improving institutional performance, as well as included an interesting discussion on the correct practices in the application of financial accounting and its verification ratios in local government and private institutions.
