On Wednesday, 22nd February 2023, Dean Riyadh Amir Ahmed – the Manager of the CBRN Response Division at the Civil Defense Directorate – Al-Anbar province visited Al-Maarif University College.
The Dean was welcomed by the Administrative Assistant for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Husam Hussain Mazban to discuss holding training courses and workshops at Al-Maarif University College to develop the staff of the college and students on occupational safety procedures and first aid to reduce accidents, fires, and earthquakes in educational institutions.
This visit came according to the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in cooperation with the Civil Defense Directorate.
