According to the University of Al-Maarif’s commitment to promoting religious activities and encouraging Quran memorization among its students, the University held a special ceremony to honor the students who excelled in the Quranic competition dedicated to the memorization of Surah Al-Baqarah. The event was organized by the Student Activities Division in collaboration with the University’s Quranic Centre. Asst. Prof. Dr. Yasir Mohammed awarded honors to the top three students as a token of appreciation for their efforts and excellence in memorizing the Holy Book. The winners were also granted three Umrah trips to the Holy Mosque in Mecca.
