The Dean of the College of Education, At University of Al-Maarif, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ghalib Nayef, participated in the activities of the International Association of Heads of Arabic Language Departments and the Mohammed bin Rashid Arabic Language Award ceremony in the United Arab Emirates for the period from the 8th to the 13the of October 2024, in Dubai.
The Mohammed bin Rashid Arabic Language Award is the highest appreciation award for the efforts of those working in the field of the Arabic language, individuals and institutions, and falls within the context of the initiatives launched by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to promote the Arabic language, spread it and use it in public life, facilitate its learning and teaching, in addition to enhancing the status of the Arabic language and encouraging those working to revive it.
