Based on Al-Maarif University College policy and the openness to governmental institutions and the communication and cooperation with other institutions, the Dean of the College welcomed in his office Professor Muhammad Qasim Hussein the Manager of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Al-Anbar.
During the meeting, they discussed opening prospects for cooperation between the two sides with regard to spreading the culture of human rights, developing knowledge, establishment of courses and workshops aimed at achieving this goal.
The guest expressed his pleasure to visit this scientific forum, praising the academic reputation that our college has reached, its constructive role and active presence in society, wishing it more brilliance in society.
