On Wednesday, 8th March 2023, several first-year students from the Department of Computer Engineering Techniques at Al-Maarif University College conducted a scientific visit to Al-Hussein Secondary Station – the Electricity Distribution Branch of Anbar Center, accompanied by the lecturers Asst. Prof. Dr. Youssif Hardan Suleiman, Asst. Lec. Youssif Tariq, and the teaching assistant Rana Qasim.
The purpose of this visit is to keep pace with modernity and progress. The students were briefed on the latest developments in the field of electric energy. The visit also included a detailed explanation by the officials at the station to simplify the mechanisms of electric power distribution.
This visit came within the several scientific activities held by the department with direct support from the Deanship of Al-Maarif University College and the follow-up of the Head of the Department Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Basil Abd Al-Karim.
