Dr. Mohammed Esmat, a lecturer at Al-Maarif University College attended the Fifth Conference on Creativity and Innovation, which was held under the sponsorship and supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research at Al-Nahrain University, with the participation of 25 Arab and foreign countries.
Several participating delegation from Arab universities (Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Libya) met at the conference, and several agreement was reached on joint cooperation in the field of scientific research and holding of joint conferences in a way that contributes to developing the field of scientific research and openness to Arab universities.
