on thursday, 12th october 2023, assistant dean for administrative affairs, dr. muthanna abd al-wahab al-mawla participated in the honoring ceremony of winners of the reading teaching award representing university of almaarif which was held at al-nahrain university in baghdad. during the ceremony, a meeting took place with the minister of higher education and scientific research dr. naeem al-aboodi, and several presidents and representatives of iraqi universities.
