Al-Ma’arif University College announced the establishment of the “Medical Devices Technologies Engineering Department” in the college for the academic year 2022-2023.
The department is considered the first of its kind in the province. The establishment came within the big efforts of the college for the needs of scientific and technological development, which includes many disciplines, especially the branches that were
classified within the technical engineering specialization. This department specializes in the study of the human body, specifically anatomy and physiology from the engineering point of view.
After the doctor was carrying out the task of diagnosing the disease and determining the treatment, this department came to help him identify his tasks, therefore the medical device became useful to the doctor in all steps, from diagnosis to the end of treatment. This department accepts graduates (biological, applied, and scientific) with an average of 59.5. Industry graduates are also accepted from the study of (electronics and control, medical devices, and electricity) with an average of 62.5.
