Al-Maarif University College achieved the seventh ranking of seventy public and private universities and colleges in the H-index, and the tenth in the Web of Science Journals from 2017 to 2022.
The researchers have published research in internationally accredited and sober journals. The H-index focuses on the productivity of the researcher and the impact of the research published by the university through its teaching staff, the global citations relied on by other researchers from inside and outside Iraq, and increased citations for each research.
The ranking came as part of the global scientific research indicators announced by the International Journal, and the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on ranking Iraqi university sites.
This achievement is due to the College’s support for researchers to raise the College’s scientific balance.
