Al-Maarif University College held a joint meeting via the Internet with the University of Uniti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) of Malaysia to enhance the prospects for cooperation between the two universities. Several important topics were agreed upon in the meeting, including cooperation in academic, scientific, cultural, research and educational training programmes and disciplines, organizing scientific workshops and conferences, organising joint supervision of graduation projects for students, as well as sharing experiences in areas of common interest, exchange of scientific visits, and training of competent specialists. This meeting was held to activate the agreements conducted by the college with several international universities to raise the scientific levels.
