Accounts Unit

It is a unit concerned with financial affairs and all college accounts, and the unit organizes the incoming and outgoing college accounts, salary lists, and contracts, and follows up the accounts with the Financial Supervision Authority at the end of each week, and this unit includes an efficient and capable staff in accounting, recording daily financial operations and preparing periodic detailed financial statements. The qualifications of the unit staff are as follows:

  • Accounts Manager: who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Economics, the Accounting Branch, and his duty is to directly supervise all the work of this unit.
  • Auditor: Holders of a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Economics – and his duty is to audit all calculations and follow-up with the Financial Supervision Authority and to conduct monthly and periodic follow-up.
  • Accountant: is the one who holds a diploma from the Institute of Banking Finance. His duty is to prepare and keep all accounting documents, check daily records, borrow money, and produce the monthly trial balance.
  • An employee: or more to organize salaries, wages, contracts, advances, additions and bonuses.
  • Treasurer: takes over the functions of the fund – receipts, disbursements, deposits, and maintenance of the receipts register and the fund record.
