About Division

It is one of the vital and important division in the College as it constitutes the main pillar of the College’s activities through the implementation of administrative orders issued from it in various fields. The importance of the Division has emerged from the work it carries out as the Division follows up on the matters of college members’ staff, administrative and technical staff in terms of appointments, salaries, bonuses, advances and leave, the formation of committees, assessments, letters of thanks, the preparation of a summary of the service and others legally, regulations, instructions and decisions in force in the college in order to safeguard the rights of the college and its staff, as well as the completion of the transactions received from the ministries, departments of the college or other departments of the State.

Mission

  • Analyze and characterize jobs and keep up to date.
  • Receipt and electronic and manual classification of applications by specialization, scientific certificates and departments and preparing reports thereon.
  • Proceed with the procedures for appointing new affiliates according to the controls.
  • Follow-up the attendance process and leave for all staff of the college through e-fingerprint statements.
  • Inventory of job and administrative vacancies in the college and work to mobilize them from the college’s graduates within the available disciplines.
  • Follow-up on the entitlement of teachers and staff members to allowances, advancements and all benefits as due.
  • Prepare a monthly report for the end of the contracts and follow up on the installation process.
  • Patent audit of staff separating from college.
  • Execution of decisions related to transportation, promotion, installation, resignation or any other decisions
  • Grants thanks and appreciation books to the University’s employees and to all who provide outstanding services to the College.
  • The establishment of standing and temporary committees relevant to the implementation of the College’s functions.
  • Follow-up on the procedures of the service recap for the end of their services. 
  • Evaluate the continuous performance of staff in the college to ensure efficiency and effectiveness and deliver the highest quality work.
  • Provide studies and suggestions that will improve job performance.
  • Preservation of files for lecturers, staff members and end-of-service personnel and archiving them paperfully and electronically in a modern way that is easily accessible when needed.
  • Follow up and update the database of all teachers and staff including all personal and functional data in addition to preparing statistics.
  • Receipt of incoming mail to the Division from various entities in the College.
  • Audit, recording and follow-up of the Division’s transactions.
