Legal Unit
It is concerned with legal issues that are related to the administrative and financial faculty affairs. This unit is undertaken by a director who holds a master’s degree in law – at the very least – and who prefers to have practices in the specialized courts, and is called the “legal director”. This unit handles the following matters:
1- Providing legal advice to the Dean of the College.
2- Representing the college in all official and semi-official sections, both judicial and non-judicial in the legal field.
3- Scrutiny of cases in the legal field.
4- Spreading the spirit of legal awareness for the faculty members by giving lectures, holding seminars and publications of a legal nature.
