On Thursday, 12th January 2023, a scientific and cultural agreement was concluded between Al-Maarif University College and the University of Halabja in Al-Sulaymania province.
The agreement was signed by the Dean Assistant for Administrative Affair Dr. Hussam Hussain Mazban and the president of the University of Halabja Dr. Mahabad Kamal Abdullah at the University of Halabja.
The agreement stipulated cooperation in the academic, scientific, cultural, and research majorities and programs.
Moreover, exchange the experiments in joint cooperation such as workshops, seminars, training courses, exchange scientific visits, and training competent specialists.
