The Department of Law at Al-Maarif University College conducted a virtual trial considered by the Iraqi judiciary to reflect all its roles in students with different people and names in a simulation of what is going on in the judiciary, thereby enhancing students’ knowledge and transferring them from theoretical to practical dimension.
The virtual simulation was attended by the Dean of the College, the representative of the founding institution, the Head of the Department and several lecturers conducted at the college to represent the grounds of criminal and civil claims.
The proceedings were conducted with high professionalism, confirming the prestigious scientific level reached by the department’s students.
This virtual simulation came within the framework of the strategy adopted by the Department of Law, to raise the scientific level of the Department’s students and reach its graduates to the highest levels of competence as a priority.
