On Sunday, 16th April 2023, Al-Maari University College held the first Ramadan competition among the departments of the college entitled (The First Competition of Al-Maarif for the Holy Qur’an and Islamic Sciences), for the academic year 2022-2023.
The competition included three themes:
The first theme: (memorizing Surat Al-Israa)
The second theme: (memorizing ten hadiths of the Prophet)
The third theme: Sharia sciences.
The competition aimed to stimulate the religious aspect among the college students, and they were asked various Islamic questions in memorization, hadith, and Islamic sciences, as well as to strengthen their general knowledge.
The competition was attended by a large number of lecturers and students.
In conclusion, certificates of appreciation and prizes were distributed to the winners.
