About the Unit

It is administratively linked to the Dean’s Office and carries out all matters relating to citizens’ requests and complaints. The principle of cooperation between the Deanship of the college and all citizens with a view to completing transactions and overcoming the difficulties that a citizen may face during the review. It is the main executor in receiving requests for complaints, inquiries, proposals and grievances in order to enhance the spirit of trust between the citizen and the college.

Mission

  • Direct and continuous contact with all relevant entities concerned with applications.
  • This division reflects a cultural situation in civilized societies and the State of institutions

Application mechanism

  • Clearly and specifically writing the request, taking into account the determination of the subject matter and address of the request.

  •  Write the triple name, sender’s address, telephone number, email, department or workplace and scientific department so that the answer can be answered.
 

The most important work of the Citizens' Affairs Unit

  1. Listening to the citizens’ complaints and directing them to the entities concerned with their applications.
  2. To receive all requests addressed to the Dean and to submit them to him for his opinion.
  3. Direct supervision of the organization of interviews for Mr. Brigadier General.
  4.  The introduction of citizens’ applications in accordance with an electronic system in the e-citizen government program in the form on the website of the Ministry (e-citizen government) so that the citizen can follow up his application through the program.
  5.  Contact the citizen about the action taken in connection with his application or complaint by telephone, email or review.
  6. Receiving citizens’ requests by telephone or e-mail of the Citizens Affairs Unit and transmitting them to the relevant authorities.
  7. To submit statistics on the number of interviews conducted by the Dean to the Division of Citizens’ Affairs of the College.
